We want you to love your jewelry! We offer a 30-day return policy on most items from the date of delivery. We accept returns For Store Credit Only 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Body jewelry (nose rings, nipple shields, etc.) can be returned if unopened and unused
• Defective items: Free replacement within 30 days
• Non-defective returns

How to Return:

1. Contact us at fashionhutunlimited@yahoo.com or 732-306-0399 within 30 days
2. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
3. Ship item back with RA number included
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened/used body jewelry for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Closeout & Clearance Items
• AfterCare Piercing Products

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace at no cost to you.
